Ingredients of Sugarfree Healthy Roll
- Prepare 3/4 kg of finely chopped dates, digs & apricot.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of cow-ghee.
- It’s 100 grams of Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds & watermelon seeds.
- You need 100 grams of Almond & Cashews flakes.
- You need 1/4 cup of poppy seeds.
- You need As needed of Silver leaves.
Sugarfree Healthy Roll step by step
- Roast poppy seeds, almonds & Cashews flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, & watermelon seeds separately on Very slow flame..
- Cook chopped dates,digs & apricots on slow flame with ghee in a pan till murges well all 3 ingredients and forms soft dough..
- Transfer the mixture on butter or any plastic sheet or parchment paper and knead it to make more soft & shinny dough make 3- equal portions and roll it long with palm. Roll 1- roll on roasted poppy seeds to so that poppy seeds sticks well on roll, Similarly roll 2nd on pumpkin, sunflower & watermelon seeds coarsely ground powder and on 3rd one stick silver leaf. Cut with knife in equal size roll and serve in a plate..
